Planning a Visit

Section 3 of the External Visits Policy provides information and guidance for planning a visit.  You may also find our planning checklist useful - see the link below.

You should use our online system, EVOLVE, for recording the key details of your visits and for obtaining approval from your Headteacher / Service Manager and the Local Authority.
