Group details summary form (Schools, colleges & youth groups)

A completed Group Details Summary Form should be sent to us at least 8 weeks before the start of your course.  This contains final numbers including personal information about all participants and supervising staff.  We use this information to ensure that we have all the resources in place for a successful course.  Please enter participant information in activity groups.
